Recommended Suppliers

Putting together the team for your wedding can feel like a lot, so I’ve put together a list of my absolute favourite vendors. Each one is reliable, talented, and brings the perfect energy to help make your day run smoothly and look amazing. I’ve worked alongside some incredible wedding suppliers and I can genuinely say that building your dream team around your love celebration is a pivotal part of making for a stress free day. I acknowledge that there is a large amount of vendors out there however the ones below each bring their own magic to the day. I wouldn’t recommend them if I didn’t trust their work 100%.

PLANNING your timeline

Every wedding flows differently, but there are a few key moments worth locking into your schedule early. Once these are in place, the rest of the day naturally falls into place around them:

  • Sunset & Golden Hour: Check what time the sun sets on your wedding day and plan to step away for 30 minutes beforehand. It’s the perfect window for romantic portraits in soft, glowing light.

  • Ceremony Start Time: Everything else (prep, portraits, reception entries) usually builds around this, so lock this in first. Keep in mind what time you want guests to actually arrive.

  • Guest Congratulations: I encourage giving yourselves 5 minutes after the ceremony to soak up hugs, laughter, and a few happy tears. There are some beautiful moments that happen in this time

  • Family Photos: These work best when kept short and structured. I will send you a questionnaire before your day that encourages you to write a list of who and what group photos you’d like. I usually allow 10–15 minutes if you’ve pre-planned your key groupings.

  • Bridal Party Photos: Plan around 30–45 minutes for relaxed portraits with your crew, ideally before guests settle fully into the evening.

  • Reception Formalities: Once golden hour portraits are marked on the timeline, it’s easier to schedule things like bridal party entries, speeches, cake cutting, and your first dance without clashing with photo time. This also allows you to discuss the structure of cantapes and meals with your venue.

Your timeline doesn’t need to be rigid. It should feel relaxed and natural. Think of these moments as anchors that make sure the important memories are captured, while still leaving plenty of space to just enjoy the celebration.

KEEP IT TIDY

A clutter-free room particularly with preparation, helps photos feel cleaner and have a focus on you. A tidy space will also help you feel less overwhelmed on the day.

stay fuelled

It might seem obvious but make sure you eat, hydrate and most of all laugh. A happy body will equal happy photos!

QUICK TIPS FOR THE DAY

Slow it down

You will be amazed after months of planning, your day will fly by very quickly. Walk slow, breathe. Take all the time you need to soak it all in.

Let it go

If something runs late, don’t stress . I’ve got your back. I can tell you that most weddings I have captured have had delays and that’s okay. Your guests are there for you, not to be time keepers.

Trust the light

Sunset portraits is when the magic happens. It’s worth the 30 minutes away from the party and often couples say that it’s a lovely time to have together alone. I’ll be keeping an eye out for ideal light throughout the day.

enjoy yourselves

You only do this once, have fun, soak in each other’s love. Set the vibe for your own wedding and guests will follow suit!
